About 360 Degree Health

I‘m Chris Mole, founder of 360 Degree Health. I have been researching about nutrition and health since the late 1970s. I’m familiar with just about every fad diet out there. I’ve tried many of them myself.

I suffered from two bouts of chronic fatigue syndrome in my 20’s and 30’s, which had a major impact on my life. I recovered by discovering a sensible path of moderation in diet and lifestyle. None of the fad diets worked – despite how religiously I followed them.

I decided to set up 360 Degree health because I see so many people today confused about what they should and shouldn’t be eating! There’s so much conflicting advice out there. If you listen to it all, you will be terrified to eat anything.

360 Degree Health does not promote any extreme diet fads but a common sense approach. It is aimed mainly at people who are suffering from less than perfect health, who have tried lots of different diets and restricted eating, and come to the end of the road.
